Class Descriptions

"RIPPED" (ALL LEVELS) – This head to toe strength class uses a variety of equipment, weights, medicine balls, steps, kettlebells, & more to challenge your muscle strength. The goal is to increase muscular endurance in a fun environment!

Indoor Cycle (ALL LEVELS) – Take cycling to the next level. Plan to get your heart pumping with great music and extraordinary instructors. You will pedal, climb and sprint, getting a great cardio workout with a guarantee to sweat, so bring your water bottle and a towel!

Body Express (ALL LEVELS) – Cardio Pump - Start your day off with a full body warm up into a segment of high/low impact cardio moves followed by upper & lower body muscle toning exercises. Finishes with an abdominal workout. Great early morning workout!

Hard Core Sculpt (ALL LEVELS) – This total body sculpting class focuses on core* strength and body alignment to get results.

Zumba (ALL LEVELS) – An aerobic dance party! Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique Latin moves. Zumba is a great way to work on aerobic endurance, muscular flexibility, and joint mobility all at the same time!

Pilates A body conditioning routine that helps to build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. This class puts an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

Strictly Barbell (ALL LEVELS) Raise the bar in this strength training class designed for all levels. You will use the strait bar along with plates as the primary resistance tool to improve your muscular strength and endurance.

Step (MODERATE) – This class consists of choreographed step patterns. You will challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements.

20/20/20 (ALL LEVELS) – 20 min of cardio drills on & off a step to get your heart pumping & muscles warmed up, 20 min of intense upper & lower body sculpting exercises using a weighted bar, & 20min of abs/core work & stretching. MUST TRY CLASS!
