About Me (XFitness Member 1+ Year)

I am a recent graduate of Becker College with my Bachelors in Exercise Science. I was born and raised right here in Dracut and have a long history of athletics, playing soccer and lacrosse for most of my life. I found my passing in training while in college and through internships working with many different sports teams as a stength and conditioning coach. I have experience working with clients ranging from beginner general health clients all the way to professional athletes. I am well-versed in many levels and types of fitness and strength training programs.

About Me (XFitness Member 8+ Years)

After becoming hooked on exercising and hiving a healthy lifestyle, I decided to pursue a career in health and fitness and was excited to take my career to the next level at the club where it all started. As a mother of six, I am always on the go, and I knew I had to stay in shape. Working out for me is more than just a hobby or a job, it's a passion. I understand the importance of staying in shape, and that's why I feel so compelled to help other people make healthy lifestyle choices. I enjoy group personal training classes, group aerobics classes, and individual training sessions. There is no better feeling than knowing that you helped change someone's life. In my current role at XFitness, I run Synrgy360 sessions, teach aerobics classes, and work with members to achieve their fitness goals. I have also had the please of running our very popular 6-week program, a program dedicated to getting people into the routine of working out.

Ever since I can remember, I have loved exercise and health, so I turned my passion for fitness into a career. I started out in the health and fitness industry 15 years ago as an aerobics instructor. I then found that muscular strength and endurance was just as important as cardio-endurance. I believe that a combination of exercise and proper nutrition are crucial for optimal health. About Me

My love for working our and exercise science started in high school where I was a 3-sport varsity athlete. I recently graduated from Franklin Pierce University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. At FPU, I gained knowledge and experience in a variety of sciences that explain human movement. Through my experiences playing sports and through my college courses, I gained experience in numerous forms of training. This allows me to train athletes at all levels and to help my clients reach their goals. I am ready to help you reach your fitness goals at XFitness!
